Big Band Ball Mullingar Park Hotel Saturday October 20th.

The Mullingar Town Band Refurbishment Project is delighted to announce their inaugural Big Band Ball which will take place on Saturday 20th October 2018 in the Mullingar Park Hotel. Please join us on the red carpet this October where you will be treated to a glamorous evening with delicious food, a live, high-energy Big Band and spectacular performances starring some of Ireland’s greatest live acts, the Booka Brass Band, International Opera Singer Ailish Tynan, the widely versatile Finbar Coady, Helen Hassett, Johnny Irwin, Sca’s Good Gravy and the Celtic Blondes.

Event Producer and curator of the annual Electric Picnic’s ‘Minefield’ thinking space, Marty Mulligan commented,

We are really looking forward to seeing as many people as possible in the Mullingar Park Hotel on October 20th. Social events such as this are not only an opportunity to come together and raise much-needed support for a deserving community institution but also offer the chance to have conversations and a few laughs with friends old and new and collectively feel a renewed excitement and hope about the future of the Mullingar Town Band. The public enables these events to happen so we strongly encourage you to come along to this premiere fundraising night in October.’

Plans are well underway for this glitzy black-tie ball which promises to deliver a real party feel in a fantastic setting. Mark your calendars and please consider supporting the Mullingar Town Band by contacting: mtbbigbandball@gmail.com
