OPTION APPLICATION

The only acceptable method of applying for an Option is via this form – Please do not seek to apply by phone, email or any texting app as these are not acceptable.

All members are entitled to 3 options per term ( these do not carry forward) and are subject to requirements for any particular event, engagement or practice needs.

It is important that you apply on the form below as soon as you think you will need an option but not later than 5 days before your option date.

You will receive an automated response confirming receipt of your application. Only upon receipt of a response  from the Band Director – will you know if your option can be accepted or not.

We cannot accept all options, first come first serve. Max 5 people per practice (off peak season), less in the immediate run up to competition/performances
